We warmly congratulate Linoy on completing her M.A. in Communication at the University of Haifa! We are proud of her achievement and wish her continued success in her academic and professional journey!

We congratulate Linoy on presenting her paper at the annual conference of the Israeli Communication Association, held at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. The conference brings together communication scholars and students from across Israel to present and discuss current research in the field of communication. 

Her presentation, “Classes at the Checkout Line: The Representation of Sociological Minorities in the Israeli Sitcom Kupa Rashit”, was based on a paper she wrote during her B.A. studies.

We are proud of Linoy and look forward to her future research!

We are pleased to share that Shani represented The Narrative Experience Lab at the 76th Annual Conference of the International Communication Association (ICA)*, held in Cape Town. 

At the conference, Shani presented our ongoing project on the development of The Narrativization of Life scale. The project explores the extent to which people impose narrative features in their perception of real-life events. (For a full project description click here). 

* ICA is one of the leading international conferences in the field of communication research, bringing together scholars from around the world to present and discuss new research.

We are delighted to announce that Linn Shapira has been awarded the Jacob Shaham Memorial Foundation Scholarship for outstanding achievement in the Department of Communication at the University of Haifa.

We are thrilled to celebrate this achievement and look forward to seeing what comes next. Congratulations, Linn!
